Current Student Re-Registration 2010-2011

All families who intend to return to SJS and/or LSH are expected to complete and submit a completed Re-Registration packet and deposit on Friday, February 12, 2010.

Re-Registration Forms and deposits are due by Friday, February 12, 2010 (Students in grades 1 - 12 can be entered on the same re-registration form). Kindergarten students are considered NEW STUDENTS and must complete a New Student Application.  New students to the school need a New Student Admission Packet.

Deposit Information

• SJS re-registration non-refunable deposit is $100 for each student.
• LSH re-registration non-refundable deposit is $200 for each student.
• Include this non-refundable deposit with your re-registration forms.
• The deposit will be applied towards tuition; however, it is refundable only until April 30, 2009. 
• For families that have children in both schools, we respectfully request that two separate checks be issued.
